
Bethany Espinoza concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, civil litigation, probate matters, and estate planning for small estates. Bethany received a bachelor of arts degree from Tarleton State University in 2001, summa cum laude, and a juris doctorate degree from Baylor Law School in 2006, magna cum laude. While in law school, she was an associate editor and later a senior executive editor of the Baylor Law Review, and was a member of the Order of the Barristers. Bethany and her partner won an intrascholastic moot court tournament, and Bethany was also a member of a national championship moot court team. She first joined Lewellen Law as a legal assistant in 2001, and rejoined the firm as an attorney in January 2008 after practicing for a short time in Fort Worth. Bethany is married and has two children, and calls Stephenville home. She is an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Stephenville.
