Garry Lewellen has been practicing law in and around Erath County since 1974. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970. Garry's reputation as a knowledgeable trial lawyer and fierce courtroom opponent precedes him into the courtrooms of at least a dozen Texas counties, whether he's defending a client in a criminal matter, representing a spouse, parent, or grandparent in a family matter, or trying a business dispute before a jury. Garry has been called upon by several district courts to serve as Special Prosecutor in criminal cases. Garry and his wife, attorney Beth Lewellen, are residents of Bluff Dale.
